TMA strongly encourages you to make your hotel reservation early, as the hotel and discount block may sell out prior to September 5, the reservation deadline. After the deadline, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis and higher rates may apply. To receive the discounted room rate, please mention TMA when making your reservations.

Staying at our contracted hotel is important to TMA, to the destination where we are holding this meeting, and ultimately to you as a TMA member or conference attendee. When you book a hotel outside of the block, and a contracted room goes unsold, we must pay penalty fees to the hotel. In addition, the inability to prove the actual number of hotel rooms occupied weakens our negotiating power in the future – and that will lead to higher conference costs. Please support TMA by reserving your sleeping room at one of our official hotels.
