Tuesday, October 24 | 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. | Texas Ballroom D
While a board member's default reaction might be to "fire management" in disruptive situations, there are other ways in which board members can coach advisors to help find solutions to pressing strategic issues, at least in the short term. In this interactive session, independent board members from companies which have experienced disruption – and who have a role in hiring advisors – will provide their perspectives and experience on how advisors can help distressed companies successfully (or not) tackle tough situations.
